We work directly with these systems. With WPML, you can package your pages, posts and products and export them as XLIFF files from the WordPress dashboard. We process those files in our professional translation software and return them for you to upload back into WPML. This reduces the risk of formatting, page-structure and manual-entry problems during reimport. With Polylang and some custom setups the workflow is string-based rather than file-based; in those cases we agree the export or connector method in advance, and we can translate against a staging copy so the live site is updated only once the new language version is complete.

A WordPress site combines core content, theme settings and third-party plugins. Translating only the main page text often leaves buttons, footer widgets, contact forms and navigation menus in the original language.
Our process identifies and translates the strings that matter, including theme elements, contact forms such as Contact Form 7 or WPForms, and slider plugins. Many sites also rely on page builders such as Elementor, Divi or WPBakery, which generate complex shortcodes. Our tools recognise those shortcodes and keep them outside the editable translation content where possible, exposing only the translatable text to the linguist and reducing the risk of layout problems when the translated content is imported.
